Electromobility is the future of transportation and offers numerous environmental benefits. As a supplier to the e-mobility industry, we contribute to making vehicles such as electric cars, vans, e-bikes, and e-scooters more environmentally friendly in Europe. Where precision metal components are needed for batteries, we, as a leading supplier, develop samples, manufacture prototypes, and produce small series.
Our heart beats for green technology
With our technological "Lego set," we support customers in their transition from the automotive to the electric vehicle industry. Because at HAILTEC, nature and technology have always gone hand in hand. Behind our factory buildings, Alb buffalo graze, while inside we dedicate ourselves to pioneering high technology. On the Swabian Alb, we produce in harmony with nature and with as little CO2 emissions as possible. For this, we use green energy, which we generate ourselves as much as possible with photovoltaic systems. Naturally, we wholeheartedly tackle projects large and small for electric vehicle manufacturers and their suppliers.

Electric mobility: Where is the trend heading?
To continue the future trend of electromobility, large quantities of energy storage devices that can be charged with electricity from renewable sources are needed. The production of battery cells in Germany is important, both to benefit economically from this environmentally friendly technology and to make Europe less dependent on supplies from third countries. At the same time, this creates high-quality jobs.
Battery cell: The heart of the battery
The battery cell is the heart of every battery. It accounts for a large portion of the added value. Especially in electric cars, this share can reach up to 40 percent. Battery cell production in Germany and Europe is therefore of economic and industrial importance for the future of electromobility. The European Battery Alliance estimates the market potential for e-car batteries produced in Europe at up to €2035 billion by 250.

At HAILTEC's laser precision cutting center, we utilize solid-state lasers with a power range of 80 to 3000 watts. We also offer a wide variety of optics to meet every industrial requirement. For nearly 25 years, we have invested in skilled personnel and state-of-the-art equipment. Our technological arsenal extends from forming technology and laser welding to laser precision cutting, ultrashort pulse laser processing , and micro waterjet cutting . Thanks to fully digitized and, where necessary, automated processes, we can quickly produce even large quantities at a competitive price.
