Electromobility is the future of transportation and offers numerous environmental benefits. As a supplier to the e-mobility industry, we are helping to make mobility in Europe environmentally friendly with vehicles such as electric cars, vans, e-bikes, and e-scooters. Where precision metal parts are needed in batteries, we develop samples as an A-supplier, produce prototypes and small series.
Our heart beats for green technology
With our technological "Lego box," we support customers in the transition from the automotive to the electric vehicle industry. Because nature and technology have always gone hand in hand at HAILTEC. Behind our factory halls, Alb buffalo graze, while inside we dedicate ourselves to pioneering high-tech. In the Swabian Alb, we produce our products in a way that is close to nature and as CO2-neutral as possible. We use green energy, which we generate ourselves wherever possible with photovoltaic systems. It's logical that we put our heart and soul into large and small projects for electric vehicle manufacturers and their suppliers to vote.

Electric mobility: Where is the trend heading?
To continue the future trend of electromobility, large quantities of energy storage devices that can be charged with electricity from renewable sources are needed. The production of battery cells in Germany is important, both to benefit economically from this environmentally friendly technology and to make Europe less dependent on supplies from third countries. At the same time, this creates high-quality jobs.
Battery cell: The heart of the battery
The battery cell is the heart of every battery. It accounts for a large portion of the added value. Especially in electric cars, this share can reach up to 40 percent. Battery cell production in Germany and Europe is therefore of economic and industrial importance for the future of electromobility. The European Battery Alliance estimates the market potential for e-car batteries produced in Europe at up to €2035 billion by 250.
Laser systems from 80 to 3000 watts
HAILTEC's laser fine cutting center uses solid-state lasers with a range of 80 to 3000 watts. In addition, we offer a wide variety of optics for every industrial need. For almost 25 years, we have been investing in skilled personnel and plant technology. Our technology arsenal ranges from Forming technology about laser welding, Laser fine cutting and the Ultrashort pulse laser processing up to Micro waterjet cutting.
