For filigree aluminum: our state-of-the-art laser technology

For precise laser cutting of a highly reflective material such as aluminum, we use QCW pulsed fiber lasers and Nd:YAG laser systems from DMG MORI and Trumpf. These laser sources only introduce a small amount of energy into the aluminum. Low heat means minimal deformation and enables extremely delicate cuts. Our fineblanking laser systems and modern beam sources enable cuts with a width of 0.03 mm or less. The tolerances are in the range of +/- 0.01 mm, depending on the sheet thickness.
